    Return Policy

    All of the products showcased throughout Tuccini are 100% original brand names. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs. With this kind product quality, Tuccini will accept return requests for most unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase. You can request a return using the information below. Please keep in mind, Skincare items are not eligible for return or refund for various health care reasons. Please make your selections carefully. Open or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

    How to Return an Item

    Customers are required to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by emailing returninquiry@Tuccini.com. Please include your name, original order number, and reason for returning the unopened and unused merchandize in RMA request. Once your request has been approved, you will be supplied with all instructions for returning your product. Please follow the instructions carefully as Tuccini will not accept returns without an approved RMA number.

    Your RMA must be received within 30 days in unopened condition with all original packaging. Used products cannot be returned. Once the RMA has been received and processed, we will issue a refund less shipping, restocking and any gift wrapping fees (if applicable). You are responsible for shipping fees to return your purchase. Returns received in unopened and unused condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Tuccini is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

    Occasionally, shipping errors occur and products are damaged or mis-shipped. If you have received a damaged item, or an incorrect item, notify returninquiry@Tuccini.com within three days. Include your name, original order number and product information for the item you received. Without this information, your return approval will be delayed. Once the information is reviewed, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Tuccini will waive the restocking fee for order processing mistakes. When the RMA is received, your refund will include both the original shipping costs and the cost of GROUND return shipping. Tuccini is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

    Orders that are returned to Tuccini refused, unclaimed or undeliverable will be subject to restocking, shipping and return shipping fees. Orders that qualify for free shipping but are returned as undelivered or unclaimed packages will be subjected to restocking, shipping and reshipping fees.

    Refund Process

    Tuccini processes all refunds within 7-14 business days. Returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees. All returns are processed using the same payment method as the original order. For questions on the status of a refund, please email refundstatus@Tuccini.com. Be sure to include your original order number and any RMA information available.

    How to cancel an order

    Orders may be canceled providing you contact Tuccini by 7 a.m. EST the next business day. Send an email to cancel@Tuccini.com with CANCEL in the subject and include your order confirmation number. Orders that are cancelled after 7 a.m. the following business day will be subject to 25% cancellation fee.
