    How do I track my order?

    You can check the status of your order online at www.Tuccini. Log into your account and view past orders. Select the order you would like to check. A detailed order information page will be displayed including order status and shipping information.

    What is your shipping cost and delivery schedule?

    Tuccini uses a flat rate shipping system. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $60.00. If your order is below $60, shipping is calculated automatically during checkout. Domestic shipping averages between $5.35 and $8.95 depending on your total order weight. Tuccini does offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority or Express Mail. Cost is displayed during checkout. Delivery time depends on your location but averages between 3 and 7 business days

    International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Air Parcel Post. Shipping costs range depending on your location and will be displayed at the time of ordering. Additional shipping charges other than the displayed cost may be applicable, in which case you will be notified by email. Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You will be responsible for any customs fees your country charges. For estimates on these fees, contact your customs department.

    What if I want to return my purchase?

    Tuccini will accept return requests for most unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase. Customers are welcome to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by emailing returns@Tuccini.com. Please include your name, original order number, and reason for returning the unopened and unused merchandize in RMA request. Once your request has been approved, you will be supplied with all instructions for returning your product. Please follow the instructions carefully as Tuccini will not accept returns without an approved RMA number. For additional details visit Returns and Refunds.

    How do I find a brand or product on your site?

    Tuccini features a variety of search options to make finding your favorite fragrance a snap. You can search by type of fragrance (women's, men's, etc...). You can search by designer, brand, new arrivals, sale items, best sellers or even by price. We also offer live chat with our customer care staff to assist you.     Do you ship to other countries?

    Yes, Tuccini welcomes international orders from a variety of countries. Available countries are listed during checkout. Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service Air Parcel Post. Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated for your location during checkout. Some locations may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified via email prior to any shipment. International orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. However delivery time can exceed 21 days depending on your customs department and your local postal service. Customs policy varies from country to country. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or other fees your shipment may incur as a result of international shipment. For estimates on the customs fees in your country, contact your Customs Department. Orders refused and returned will be subject to restocking, shipping and return shipment fees.

    Do you accept exchanges?

    Do you accept exchanges?

    Unfortunately, Tuccini is not able to process exchanged. However, you are welcome to request return authorization for your unopened and unused item within 30 days from date of order. For more information on returns, visit the Returns and Refunds section of our website.

    How do I know that my order has been shipped out?

    Tuccini will email you notification automatically once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

    What is the difference between Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?

    The difference is simply a matter of oil concentration in the fragrance. The fragrance is "powered" by a mixture of oils. Higher concentration of the oils means a more powerful scent. Higher concentrations also translate to longer lasting scent. Parfum (or perfume) will generally be the most powerful concentration available. Eau de Parfum would be next in the concentration scale. Eau de Toilette is generally considered to be next, but is often interchangeable with Eau de Cologone. This is especially true in men's fragrances. Incidentally, aftershave is typically the weakest concentration.

    What is the difference between a splash and a spray?

    There is no difference in fragrance "power" between splash or spray. It is largely a personal preference choice between application methods. However, an argument can be made that spray bottles are permanently sealed. As such, spray may enjoy a longer shelf life.

    What are my payment options?

    Tuccini is happy to accept credit card payments directly or through Paypal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. This payment method insures the fastest order processing. You may also pay with Money Order denominated in U.S. dollars. However, please note that prices may change by the time your payment reaches us. Therefore we reserve the right to convert Money Order to in-store credit, which can be used to place either the same order or another one at the updated prices. Money orders should be sent to our corporate office at Tuccini Fragrance Outlet, 1402 Plaza Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY 11040. Indicate the name of the item that you want to order, the product code, quantity, contact number, shipping address and your email address. Please don't forget to add the shipping and handling fee. You may contact our customer service team should you have any additional questions concerning ordering/paying with money order.

    How can I cancel my order?

    You can request your order by canceled via email. The request must be received no later than 7 a.m. EST the next business day. Click the link below to send an email. Be sure to select Order Cancellation and include your original order confirmation number with your request. Orders that are cancelled after 7 a.m. the following business day will be subject to 25% cancellation fee. Send your Cancellation Email here.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

    Occasionally, shipping errors occur and products are damaged or mis-shipped. If you have received a damaged item, or an incorrect item, notify Tuccini within three days. Use the link below to send us an email. Be sure to include your name, original order number and product information for the item you received. Without this information, your return approval will be delayed. Once the information is reviewed, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Tuccini will waive the restocking fee for order processing mistakes. When the return is received, your refund will include both the original shipping costs and the cost of GROUND return shipping. Tuccini is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

    What are Testers?

    A "tester" is a way to enjoy your favorite fragrance at a discount. Your "tester" bottle often does not include all the original manufacturer packaging, and it may be labeled "Demonstration Bottle" or "Not for Sale", but it is the exact same fragrance. The "tester" bottles on Tuccini.com are not used products. Our customers will receive full tester bottles. While Testers are a great gift to yourself, we don't recommend giving them to others.
