Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for picking merchandize in warehouse, filling orders, printing customer sales orders and shipping labels, making sure all sales orders filled correctly and in a timely manner. Shipping & Receiving Clerk must be able to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and a high level of attention to detail.
Pay Rate: Depending on skills and experience, the Gross Pay varies between $18,720 to $24,000.
Essential duties and responsibilities listed below are not inclusive and management may assign other duties as needed:
- Receive merchandise against Purchase Orders
- Receive and close purchase order in Order Management System
- Pick merchandise from stock according to Pick Sheet
- Print Pack sheets and Shipping Labels
- Fill orders with correct merchandise and quantity
- Pack orders as necessary
- Complete tasks accurately and on time
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Cross train and liaise with the Customer Service Department
Skills and Experience should include:
- Attention to detail
- Experience in using Computer Systems
- Good command of written and verbal English Language
- Team player and effective time management
- Previous experience in perfume or cologne sales is a plus
Education and Certification
High School diploma or higher required. Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Physical Demands:
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Book-keeper/Accountant (Part-time)
The candidate must be skilled in both Quickbooks, including the a/r, a/p, and reporting features. The candidate also needs to be experienced with Excel including advanced features such as the linking of workbooks, macros, and modeling. Experience with Pivot Tables is desired but not required. The candidate can work from our office or from home. We are targeting about 10 hours per week.
The candidate also keeps records of financial transactions for establishment, verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions to account in Quick Books, compiles reports such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
Maintaining Excel sheets for use in overseeing operations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis are expected and in addition to updating the sheets, the candidate should have the ability to improve the sheet in terms of function, and in required analysis.

- Review accounts payable and prepare checks for signature as required
- Review Expense report and prepare payment accordingly
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Input all necessary general entries and coordinate with external accountant to close books
Reporting includes:
- Update master spreadsheets and improve
- Provide weekly A/P and A/R and Cash Receipt reports
- Provide monthly income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet
- Review expense reports and prepare payments
- Track key metrics and work with the operations team on ways to improve
Education and Certification
College degree in accounting or equivalent

Customer Care Specialist
The Customer Care Specialist has prior customer service experience ideally in an online retail or a mail order company and technical abilities to provide phone and email support to our external customers. This person must effectively communicate with customers and coworkers to affect issue resolution. Other duties may be assigned.
Pay Rate: Depending on skills and experience, the Gross Pay varies between $22,800 to $26,000.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering the phone
- Order taking
- Handle customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues
- Liaise with the Shipping & Receiving Department over issues raised by customers with regard to either orders or returns
- Allocate the correct merchandise and quantity to fulfill customer orders
Skills and Experience should include:
- Effective communication/comprehension skills - verbal and written.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Familiarity with Computer Based management systems
Education and Certification
High School diploma required. Previous experience of a CRM System, Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
