Senior Customer Care Specialist

Addresses customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with customers by phone and email to address questions and concerns.
  • Conducts appropriate follow up to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documents customer service requests in appropriate manner to track volume and type of customer service calls.
  • Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders.
  • Solicits sales of new or additional products when interacting with satisfied customers or when handling general inquiries.
  • Adjusts complaints concerning billing, referring complaints of delivery failures and/or incorrect products shipped to designated departments for investigation.
Education/Experience:

High School diploma required, some college coursework preferred; or equivalent combination of relevant education/experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Familiarity in LivePerson, a Customer Service Application, is highly desired.

Physical Demands:

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

ASP.NET Web Developer / Software Engineer
  • Experienced in MS SQL, Visual Basic, .Net and MS Access Programming.
  • Experienced in E-commerce, Inventory Control & ERP Systems
  • Fast learner, Complex problem solving and good communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Position is for in-house developmental programming
You will analyze, architect and implement solutions with the latest Microsoft technologies, such as .NET 3.0 (including WCF web services), Ajax and SOA architectures. Tuccini offers you the opportunity to join a great team, to be challenged everyday while immersing yourself in current technologies, at the same time being part of a fun atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Candidates should be strong in ASP.NET with great creative, technical and problem solving skills.
  • Web-based development experience
  • 2+ years of commercial production programming desired
  • At least 2+ year of experience with .NET Programming in Visual Studio
  • Proficiency with ASP.NET, and SQL is desired
  • Bachelors degree or higher in computer technology or near discipline
  • Authorized to work in the US.
